Just a quick message to those who have already paid online for swimming classes at QE11DMU, please collect your Start2swim card from Rachel. You will require to show this to the reception staff to gain entry to the changing village. Only those who have paid will be issued with a card to help receptionists maintain security in the changing village. The University and of course ourselves are very concerned about child protection issues and this method will hopefully add another layer of security. Thank you for helping with this issue Pat and Rachel

Harriet West is swimming in the Commonwealth Games, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday. First race around 3am Thursday 100 Fly. I have texted her to wish her good luck from all the swimmers and parents, so exciting to see one of our own teachers racing in such a prestigious event.

Reminder for Asfordby Captain's Close, the school has closed the pool this week but we will be open again from Tuesday 3rd April.
QE11DMU we are open this week but will be closed there from 1st April until Sunday 8th April.

Apologies for late notice on Facebook, have been kept busy texting parents at both pools this morning. Unfortunately because of concerns about the safety of our staff and children travelling we have cancelled swimming classes at both Captain's Close and QE11DMU. Such a shame but safety comes first!!!
