WHAT A TURNOUT 💥

Power in the Park had relocated to a different venue this year and with this, there was a bit of uncertainty in regard to how many people would come and watch the event with it being away from the town centre 🏡

Well, the turnout was fantastic. Thank you to everyone who came to watch the event, support our athletes and cheer them on 🙏🏻

This year we showcased 3 categories for the first time and even hosted a WORLD RECORD! (More details to follow).

This year has been a great success and we would love to hear your views as the public, in regard to which location you prefer. In the Town Park or at Long Field School 🏋️‍♀️

For the FIRST YEAR EVER, we have a World Record Attempt! This is for the over 50s heaviest deadlift, this is currently held by Mark Felix at 420kg. Scott (Power on the Park 2022’s winner) is going to attempt to smash this record 💥

Everyone is welcome, make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to witness a world record!
