Please join us in welcoming the newest addition to the coaching team - Emma!

Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, having spent over 10 years running her own sports massage business before qualifying as a Personal Trainer. She loves helping people move well, build strength effectively and train with confidence.

A few fun facts about Emma:

🚵‍♀️ She used to compete nationally in mountain biking.

🏡 She has an 11-year-old son, Colbey, who she home educates.

🐈 She has a cat called Loki, who is very much in charge at home.

Emma’s coaching focuses on functional strength training and compound movements. She loves using a variety of equipment and training methods to keep sessions engaging, and incorporates calisthenics into her own training too.

We’re excited for you to meet Emma, so be sure to say hello and give her a warm OMNI welcome 🧡

We are so excited to be bringing OMNI Summer Holiday Club back this year.
This time instead of running a single week, we will now run across 3 weeks of August, with sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays.
So you can join us on some or all of the following dates:

Monday 3rd & Tuesday 4th August

Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th August

Monday 17th & Tuesday 18th August

10am-4pm

We know summer can be busy with holidays and plans, so we hope that this new format gives you more flexibility to book around your schedule – meaning your child doesn’t have to miss out.

We will be leaning fully into what OMNI does best – fitness & wellbeing and health & happiness!

Your child can expect a beautiful blend of:

• Fun, engaging fitness sessions to build strength and coordination
• Team games and confidence-building challenges
• Creative activities
• Mindfulness sessions to support calm, focus and emotional awareness
• Outdoor movement and nature-based elements

Every day is designed to support both body and mind, whilst still keeping fun, relaxed summer holiday energy.

Cost is: £25 per day
£95 for any 4 days
£135 for all 6 days
(sibling discount offered)

Hello again OMNI Fam,
Please join us in welcoming the newest addition to the coaching team- Emilie!
Emilie brings a great mix of warm energy, strength knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident in their training. She is here to support you as you build strength, improve technique, and feel more confident around lifting.
A few fun facts about Emilie:
🧵 Before becoming a PT, she worked as a sewing machinist, making leather goods and dog beds.
🐕 She has a 4-year-old cocker spaniel called Cooper.
💪 She loves all things strength training and trains with a powerlifting focus; her favourite lift is the bench press.

We really appreciate everyone’s patience and support as the team evolves and we’re excited for this next chapter.....

Hi OMNI Fam,

Last week we say a fond farewell to Frankie. We’re so grateful for everything she’s brought to OMNI, and we wish her all the very best as she heads into her next chapter — with the horses now getting her full attention 🐎



At the same time, we’re really excited to welcome Gus to the team as our new Head Coach.



A few quick (and reluctantly shared 😄) facts about Gus:

• Self-proclaimed “pastiest Trinidadian”

• 2015 British & World Champion (powerlifting)

• Ranked 22nd in the UK of all time for his weight class



More importantly, he brings a great mix of experience, energy, and enthusiasm, and we know you’re going to enjoy his coaching.



Gus has already met some of you, so if you haven’t met him yet, you will very soon.
