The adults enjoyed learning some self defence and pressure points this week, we unfortunately had so much fun and laughter that we didn’t get many good pictures or videos… 😔

Luckily we did get one of Ren and Paul in action so all wasn’t lost - great work guys!! 🙌

We had a guest last night in class, James who needed to have a good beasting for his black belt requalification! 🥋

We worked our students and James hard last night but a superb effort by everyone and we’re glad to say that James smashed it - well done! 👏

Huge smiles and lots of laughter as our junior students, who for many had their very first try at grappling! 🥋😄

The class was full of energy, teamwork, and fun as everyone learned some of the basic movements and techniques together. 🙏

It was amazing to see the kids encouraging each other, building confidence, and giving everything a go with such positive attitudes! 💫

We’re super proud of all our juniors — great listening, great effort, and even bigger smiles! 🌟👏

👊 Great energy in class this week! 👊

Students have been recapping all the techniques learned the past few weeks, sharpening their skills, improving confidence, and putting everything together with focus and determination. 🙌

We also turned up the intensity with cardio drills using ladders and hoops 🔥🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Students worked on footwork, speed, coordination, and fitness while having fun and pushing themselves! 💫

Excellent effort from everyone — keep up the hard work! 💪

We had some incredible classes on Monday; lots of laughter, running around and energy throughout! 🙌

The junior advanced worked on improving their side kicks and the various versions there is & our adults got a well deserved stretch! 🙏

👏 🥋 👊 WARRIOR OF THE WEEK! 👊 🥋 👏

Big shout out to WILLOW who, despite only recently joining, has come in with a fiery energy and given her all from day one! 💯

She brings great focus to every class, always respectful, calm, and ready to learn. Willow is already picking up new techniques quickly and shows fantastic effort every time she steps up to the pad 🔥

Her attitude and consistency haven’t gone unnoticed — she’s a brilliant example of how to train with both determination and respect 🤝

Willow has really impressed the whole team, and we can’t wait to see her continue to grow and shine! 🌟

Last night we welcome officially to her 3rd Degree Black Belt… Evie! 🥋

We also got a bigger belt so everyone can see your name finally though being the legend you are you don’t need it! 💫

Well done to Dylan, Aksana & team receiving another requalification at their respective grades. A big congrats to everyone else last night too! 👏

I also had the privilege to be bestowed my 5th Degree Black Belt and promote both Miss Bush to Senior Instructor & Mr Clark to Instructor — both so deserving for their dedication, commitment and effort put into their training & teaching! 🙏

It’s great to celebrate and be part of the journeys and see the students and team grow and achieve! Not everyone can make the dinner but we thought of you all last night and can’t wait to continue those journeys together! 🙌
