As a personal trainer one of my favourite things to do is empower women to be strong, physically and mentally.
These ladies joined me every Thursday for the last six weeks, focusing on building strength and power. In the six weeks they increased their deadlift and back squat by an average of 28kg.
Their determination, dedication and willingness to learn has been truly inspirational.
Now a week of rest before the next block of Build starts. 💪🏻 🏋️♀️🏋️♀️
