Just because it's free it doesn't mean you have to have it!

I would always be the one to eat everything if it was free ๐Ÿคฃ like I would miss out if I didn't have it ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

But when it comes to achieving your goals you need to prioritise what is most important- day 1 back from holiday for me so I am focused on getting back on healthy choices and training - No free donuts needed ๐Ÿ˜…

Something that has definitely been highlighted on this holiday is the fact I love being physically fit I visited so many places, walked thousands of steps, managed in the heat, swam in the sea and absolutely smashed the jet skiing.

Never felt uncomfortable or strained and I feel blessed to beable to say it but also know tgat I put the work in to keep myself fit and healthy ๐Ÿ’ช

pretty muddy 5k today in Derby ๐Ÿ˜
We had a great time big shout out to my clients Denise and Gemma who absolutely smashed it ๐Ÿ’ช

The reason you aren't dropping body fat is because you are eating too many calories.

I didn't mention in the video but the 2 main things to consider when aiming for fatloss is - Eating enough protein and being in a calorie deficit

Yes some people respond better to lower carbs higher fats and some people are the opposite.

If you just think you are eating well but not tracking there is a reason you aren't losing fat (and the reason is that you're not tracking)

It doesnโ€™t need to be over complicated if you want some help working out your Calorie and protein target comment "RICE" and ill send it to you ๐Ÿ™Œ

Honestly today has been one of those days I felt super self conscious, regretted what I was wearing, felt bloated, broke 2 nails, headphones died!!

But the session went really well still hit my Top weight on my sets and felt so glad I didn't give in to my anxiety and bottle the session!!!

This is your reminder that everyone can have these thoughts and feelings if you can relate you are not alone ๐Ÿ’•

3 habits which I keep on failing on which I am going to start prioritising to improve my own journey

1- Getting up earlier
2- Going to bed earlier
3- Reading more

1 & 2 go hand in hand and can sometimes be difficult as I am at the gym until 10pm most evenings then eat dinner so getting to bed before midnight if going to be tough - however I am determined to do this and start getting up for an early walk in the morning

3 I already have a plan in action as I have joined a book club - The book I am coming into it on it called The Source - one which I have actually already read so a good way to refresh my mind and not feel too much pressure as I am not a fast reader ๐Ÿคฃ

I am going to keep updating my stories as I go and see the benefits I find โค๏ธ Wish me luck ๐Ÿ€
