Just because it's free it doesn't mean you have to have it!
I would always be the one to eat everything if it was free ๐คฃ like I would miss out if I didn't have it ๐คทโโ๏ธ
But when it comes to achieving your goals you need to prioritise what is most important- day 1 back from holiday for me so I am focused on getting back on healthy choices and training - No free donuts needed ๐
