Kids aged 8-14 we got you!

We’re launching Hyrox Young Stars – a fun, high-energy class designed to get kids moving, building confidence, and enjoying fitness the right way 💪

Here’s everything you need to know:
Class credits can be purchased in blocks of 5 or 10, with no commitment to attend every week.
• 5 credits – £50
• 10 credits – £80

📅 Starts 21st April
⏰ Every Tuesday 4:30–5:15pm

This isn’t just about exercise… it’s about building overall fitness, improving strength and conditioning, boosting coordination, and helping kids develop confidence in themselves while being part of a supportive team environment.

Even better – sessions will be led by a Hyrox World Champion and a Hyrox Head Judge, so your kids are learning from the very best in the game 🙌

🌟 My amazing wife is taking on the London Marathon and needs to raise £2,500 for Crohn’s & Colitis UK! 🏃‍♀️💜

This charity is very close to her heart—she has suffered from colitis since she was 16 and knows firsthand how much of a difference this support can make. This isn’t just a race; it’s a chance to help others facing the same challenges. 💪❤️

To help her hit this goal, we’re hosting a jam-packed fundraising morning at our studio! 🔥

🏋️‍♂️ FREE 45-min bootcamp every hour until our treadmill, ski, and row machines collectively hit marathon distances:

Should You Train When Sick? Let’s Debate…

This is a hot topic in the Pullen household, and one we rarely agree on! So let’s hear your thoughts:

💭 Should you push through sickness or rest it out?

Here’s my take: If you’re feeling slightly under the weather, sometimes light movement—like a stretch session or an easy cardio/ weights session can actually help you feel better. But if you’re really sick, trying to train hard will only delay recovery. Rest is often the best choice, even if it feels frustrating in the moment.

Now, let’s talk about .femalephysio. My wife Nat competed in Hyrox Manchester yesterday despite being sick all week. Hyrox is one of the most intense events you can do, so I tried to convince her to pull out—not because she’s not tough (she’s one of the toughest I know!), but because I thought resting would speed up recovery and ultimately be better for her health.

But Nat? She wasn’t having it. She even posted about it on her .femalephysio page and had mixed opinions.
She didn’t want to let her partner down and soldiered through like the warrior she is. While I admire her grit and determination (it shows serious character), it also completely wiped her out and she’s not got out of bed all day 😳

So, the question is: What would you have done?
✅ Put your hands up, said enoughs enough and come back stronger?
❌ Push through, not let your partner down and show serious mental toughness?

Our first Hyrox simulation workout sold out and so we’re back with another one ready to provide everyone with as much feedback, support and education on all things Hyrox as possible! 🔥🔥

Disclaimer!….. we don’t run a normal Hyrox simulation where you come, go through the workout, get your time and go!

We run a private PT / group training studio where high level coaching is what we do so now that we’re affiliated with Hyrox why would our simulations be any different! 🤷🏻‍♂️

The feedback we received from our first one back in September was unbelievable and so we’re now aiming to up the standards even more and continue to provide our clients with the best service they can possibly get.

I posted these cereals on my story recently and had a load of people asking questions about them. 🤔

Overall I think these are good. Any way someone can consume more protein and less sugar is always a good thing to me. ✅

They’re also way lower in carbohydrates compared to other cereals but I don’t like the “net carbs” thing as mentioned in the video I find it slightly misleading and just adds to the publics confusion surrounding nutrition. I don’t think it’s a number people need to be tracking and is more of a marketing gimmick that they don’t need to use because the product is actually good!

Automatically whenever I see a product heavily pushing the “net carbs” I they’re using trickery to mislead the public slightly and I hate that with food companies.

A bit artificially sweet for me but they do taste good and definitely happy for the kids to replace the sugary cereals with these 100%!

Remember though the best rule when it comes to understanding nutrition is. The less man has intervened with it the better, if your great grandmother would recognise it it’s probably ok.

We want to focus on eating as little amount of processed foods as we can and eat foods as close to there natural form as possible.

However, In today’s world that’s very hard and occasionally foods like this do serve a purpose and therefore always going to be a better option than the other crap that’s available 💪🏻

Go try them out. Any food manufacturer that’s actively trying to bring the sugar content down and increase protein in their products are a company I’d happily support. We need more food companies like this.

Just remove the Net carbs from your packaging your products are good and you don’t need to drop to that level 🤣🤣
