Club Week 2026 ⛵☀️
What a great Club Week we’ve had! It was wonderful to see so many members joining us throughout the week and getting involved in all the fun, both on and off the water.
There was something for everyone, with sailing, kayaking and swimming, as well as our fabulous Solar Eclipse BBQ and a lovely Prosecco picnic at the Spit with our kayakers and sailors. 🥂🛶⛵

Our evenings were just as lively, with Bingo, a Beetle Drive, cheese and w**e tasting, Music Bingo and a Quiz — plenty of opportunities for some friendly competition, lots of laughs and catching up with friends.

The children had a brilliant time too, enjoying a Minibeast Hunt, Pirate Treasure Hunt and raft making. 🏴‍☠️🐛🛶

And, of course, we were incredibly lucky with the weather — sunshine all week! ☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, helped organise activities, or simply came along and joined in. It was a week full of fun, laughter, friendship and great memories.

Fantastic open day at Harlow (Blackwater) Sailing club today. Lots of people trying out new experiences and a lovely atmosphere. If you haven’t joined yet we are extending our fabulous membership offer of ‘pay for this year and get next year free’ (18 months membership for the price of 12 months!). Heavy skies, a chilly 6C and light winds greeted the 24 dinghies that took part in the open Blackwater Icicle on December 29, hosted by Harlow (Blackwater) Sailing Club at Maylandsea, Essex.
