One to one coaching available for all golfers of any age and ability.

Lessons will take place within an indoor golf studio which is equipped with trackman and a projector screen.

NEW EQUIPMENT

Along with the Trackman the golf studio is now also equipped with the Garmin R10 Launch monitor. The Garmin provides a fun aspect to practice sessions whilst also providing in depth analysis of the swing and ball flight numbers. (I will attach photos in the comments of what this looks like).

The Garmin R10 allows players to practice by hitting towards greens at different distances and directions which is shown in the video below. It also allows players to play courses from all over the world which provides an element of fun to the coaching sessions whilst also being beneficial for player improvement.

Great lesson tonight with Scott a +1 handicapper. Scott was struggling with consistency in his golf and didn’t have a go to shot.

The photos on the left show Scott was taking the club back very much on the inside causing him to get flat and have no height at the top of his backswing. This made it very difficult for him to clear his body at impact and deliver the club to the ball on a neutral plane which resulted in a lot of wayward shots.

The photos on the right show Scott’s currents positions after the lesson. Taking the club back on a much more neutral plane means he is able to get far more height at the top of his back swing giving him time to clear his body at impact and produce much more consistent shots. Scott is now hitting controlled fades with every shot and feels far more comfortable knowing he is always going to fade the ball.

Another very successful lesson.⛳️

Very successful lesson this morning with Jim Millar a 15 handicapper who was struggling with the pull hook shot.

A few simple adjustments were made with the ball position and where his weight was located throughout the swing. With these changes Jim was able to deliver the club to the ball on a much more neutral path along with not getting stuck behind the ball which was causing the shut face at impact. This lead to far more consistent shots and also meant Jims’ bad shots were not destructive which is a crucial element to lower scoring.

Jim even managed to deliver a perfect golf shot at the end of his lesson!! A successful morning ⛳️
