Morning everyone!
I’ve been a bit quiet on my Pod page but I’m super busy!

The Pod has welcomed a few new faces since the start of the year and my little space has been very busy and it’s been a great start to 2025.

If not teaching in my Pod I’m filming, presenting online courses or sessions or choreographing new content.

Cerisport, which has been my main business over the years, is 25 years old this year but in the background I have been developing other avenues of my Fitness and Wellness work that I am very passionate about. Some of this work takes place at the studio but much of it is based at my home studio, Ceri’s Pod, online or in corporate settings.

Unusually early finish with my Friday clients today but some prep work to do.

Laughter on another level this morning in my Pod…I do have some conversations with some of my clients! 🤣🤣
They say laughter is therapy..I have to agree!

I have some funny conversations with my clients when I work with them in my Pod but this morning wins the prize…the laughter certainly got my 2 ladies through a tough session! 😂😂

I have had another great week with my clients in Ceri’s Pod.

I have the most wonderful clients who come to see me for their private sessions, including the ones who I see online.

Whether I’m teaching Pilates, strength work, stretch, a pelvic floor session or talking to a client about menopause or wellness, I always enjoy being able to help others to feel better. We always chat and I love building the relationships I have with the lovely people I see.

I hope you have all enjoyed your sessions as much as I have this week 🙏
