It is the last week of JT Polefitness class.

I feel this photo is very fitting as I am bowing out gracefully but also bowing to all you lovely, lovely people who have supported me over the last 7 years.
I never thought it would last as long as it did and even though I'm finishing just now, it's maybe not fully the end of JT Polefitness, but at the moment I am taking a break.

So who is coming along for one last blast on the pole??

Classes are ⬇️

Wednesday 10.15am

Thursday will be one class from 6pm until 7.30pm.
