Our first Hike and Yoga event was a huge success, not everyone opted for the full yoga flow, there was some meditation and swimming going on alongside but we recognise that yoga practice is exactly that, going with what you need in the moment, no judgement, just being.

We are so grateful to those who came along, to The Peachy Queen Company for our discount codes and we're excited for future plans.

I didn't take many photos but this guided hike I did last week really did leave my heart feeling full and was a true reminder of why I do them.

The children were all incredible, resilient and creating their own fun in the outdoors with friends they made that day. It really was in an honour to create this space.

Yesterdays Edale Skyline challenge has left me reflecting on the absolute strength and resilience in the wonderful ladies that attended.

The wind was brutal although it kept us cooler than if there had been none. The paths were dusty, leaving us all with it stuck to the suncream on our legs. We took a lot more breaks than normal which was fine by me and went at a steady pace.

But ultimately, after a couple of drop outs, it left a small group where there was connection, real life talk, digging deep, encouragement and a rainbow at the end of the hike ( Thanks Oliver)

Whether or not I put this hike on again in June is debatable 🤣
