From “I wish I could” to “look what I can do.” 🖤
On 1/1/26 I made a simple New Year’s resolution:
👉 To be able to do a back bend.
At the start, I could barely trust myself to lean back. It felt awkward, heavy, uncomfortable. My hands were nowhere near the floor and my brain was screaming “nope.”
Today (20/2/26)… I can walk my hands down the wall and place them on the floor.
Is it perfect? No.
Is it strong? Getting there.
Is it progress? 1000%.
This is your reminder that flexibility isn’t just physical — it’s patience, consistency, and showing up when it feels messy. Small reps. Small courage. Over and over.
If you’ve been waiting to start something because you’re “not good enough yet”… start anyway.
Two months. That’s what consistency can do 💪✨ xx
