If you stop for the right reasons, not out of guilt or force, but because you finally see the trade-off, you wonโ€™t want to go back. Because suddenly, the things you truly want, the things you can achieve, become clearer.

Ask yourself: Is this helping me build the life I want? Or is it keeping me from it?
