The new BodyFlex sign is officially up! 💪

One more upgrade to the gym, and definitely not the last. We’re constantly improving, adding new kit and building the kind of gym we’d want to train in ourselves.

We’ve had our gym logo hand-painted directly onto the wall — giving the gym that proper old-school feel. 🎨💪
