💜💛 Under 14 girls presentation night 💜💛

The under 14s football presentation. A great night with all players receiving a participation trophy and then we had golden boot, Parents player, players player, most improved, club woman, player of the year, coaches player of the year awards.
We presented Miro from Decking Design with a gift from the 12’s and 14’s for his fantastic continued support of both of our teams. Coaches Elvo & Kerry receiving lovely trophies and gifts as they step away from coaching the girls.

💜💛 under 14 girls 💜💛

The Decking Design sponsored under 14 girls played Abbeytown in a friendly tonight. This gave the girls a run out before our next festival next weekend. We wanted minutes in the tank and ball work. A close first half before abbeytown took the win. Nice to play different opposition and get the girls back on the pitch.

Well done to all our players, coaches and parents who braved the mud to take on the 4k course today. A few new obstacles and a lot more mud and lots of fun.

‼️West Cumbria Youth League has been made aware of reports regarding a WhatsApp group called "100 Before 2027", which is alleged to encourage self-harm and su***de among young people.

Parents and carers are encouraged to check their children's devices and discuss online safety with them. If you find any involvement with this group, please contact Cumbria Police on 101 and inform your child's school.

Wow what a year for our newly formed under 10 girls and we celebrated that last night. Congratulations to all of our girls, we are so proud of you all. Huge thanks to everyone who joined us to make it such an unforgettable night. Roll on next season.

Our amazing under 9’s enjoyed their presentation night after a fantastic first season of football. They have gone from strength to strength and we can’t wait to see what the new season brings. Girls football is thriving in Maryport. Thanks to all who came and made it such a special night for our girls.
