A little appreciation post for our amazing Jill Chester Fitness community. ❀️πŸ’ͺ

Every person who walks through the door is working towards their own goal. Some are building strength, some are improving fitness, some are gaining confidence, and some are simply showing up and doing their best on that particular day.

We all move at different paces. We all lift different weights. We all have different starting points and different destinations.

What makes this community special is that success isn't measured by being better than someone else. It's measured by being better than you were yesterday.

Celebrate your wins, be proud of your progress, but never forget that someone else's achievement doesn't take away from your own.

The strongest communities are built when we cheer each other on instead of comparing ourselves to one another.

Whether you're lifting the heaviest weights in the room or picking up a weight for the very first time, your effort matters, your journey matters, and you deserve encouragement.

The power has gone off at Mawbray, but Pilates will still go ahead. Just wrap up as the heating won’t have clicked on. Sadly I won’t be able to stream the class on zoom as we won’t have any internet. Sorry my zoomies. Xx
