HEY GUYS, Been such a long time since I have posted But I'd just like to say that this page will be getting terminated by the end of next week as I am thrilled to annouce I will be starting work again as a Personal Trainer at Xtreme Fitness...

SO what I ask of you guys is that you get yourself over to their page because In the next coming weeks I will be posting regular fitness tips and tricks along with some more in-depth posts about what I have learned over the past 6 years in the fitness game.

MASSIVE shout out to Kerry McDonald for this amazing transformation loast a stone so far in just 4 WEEKS between both pictures...
