Fitness is about breaking out your comfort zone. Pushing your body to do what you never thought possible.
Tonight a classic example of pushing out of one's comfort zone, I went to a salsa social event and having next to no clue what I'm doing was greeted with polite helpful people sharing the knowledge to get me started!
Just as I'm here to help you all on getting started with your fitness journey.
Needless to say a fantastic evening! So get out there try something new!
