If anyone is interested in a beginners kettlebells course in Jan give me a shout. I could write a big blurb about the benefits, but hopefully some of my fab customers in the pic might do that for me 🤣

I only have 5 spaces left, first come, first served. All equipment provided

It’ll be a 7wk course, Fri 6pm at Stoke Memorial Hall (apart from one date!)

Don’t worry, I’m sure your reaction to this picture was the same as mine, sheer horror!

I am finishing strong though & forever pushing the boundaries, so….I thought a little dropset might be in order

Two handed swing

As many reps as you can perform with good form using the heaviest weight you swing with.
Move down a weight & repeat, with little or no rest until fatigue.
You might just be able to squeeze a third change in 😱

It will be interesting to see how many reps that amounts to!

I didn’t realise I was on breakfast shift this morning, but I must’ve looked like I was hiding a bale of silage somewhere!

Short on time today, but no excuses - it doesn’t take long!

My little mate advocates a long walk for your warm up today & thought the swings would be more fun if you let go of the bell 🤣😱

I used the 100 as a finisher today….

X 30 reps

Should’ve kept quiet about mud, it’s absolutely thrown it down all morning here 😩. Luckily there’s a gap in the clouds so I can sneak out over lunch.

Another breathing workout today, certainly helps you focus!

2-Arm Swing x 10 + Breath x 5
2-Arm Swing x 15 + Breath x 5
2-Arm Swing x 25 + Breath x 5
