Looking back at these photos, it’s fair to say I’ve accidentally added a bit of beef lately... 💪🥩😂
The difference hasn’t come from some magic workout, secret supplement or 30-day challenge.

MONDAY RECAP 🚨💪
People often ask what I do all day…

Well, today started with 2 early PT sessions, followed by 10am–5:30pm on the gym floor, helping people move better, get stronger, and occasionally convincing them that burpees are actually character building. 😅

Then it was time for my own Pull Session:
✅ Mobility work
✅ Resistance training
✅ Hypertrophy phase (slow, controlled tempo, 8–12 reps)
✅ Calisthenics
✅ Corrective exercises

And yes… that clip of me doing the prone press and awkwardly shuffling around trying to stay in the camera shot? That’s years of coaching experience right there. Peak athleticism. Oscar-worthy movement quality. 🎬😂

To finish the day? A spin class, because apparently I looked at my energy levels and decided they were still too high. 🚴‍♂️🔥

The reality is fitness isn’t just about smashing workouts. It’s about having structure, a plan, accountability, good nutrition, and someone in your corner to guide you through it all.

Getting fitter, feeling better... and apparently becoming best friends with the InBody machine. 😆
A recent scan showed I’m up 1kg of muscle and down to 15.7% body fat. Not bad for someone who still gets excited when protein is on offer.

People often ask what I’m doing, so here’s the not-so-secret formula:

🚴 Cardio
4 spin sessions a week.
Benefits: Improved cardiovascular fitness, better endurance, increased calorie expenditure, and a surprisingly high tolerance for motivational spin playlists.

🏋️ Resistance Training
Week 1: 6-day hypertrophy split
Benefits: Building muscle, improving body composition, and increasing metabolism.

Week 2: 3 full-body heavy lifting sessions
Benefits: Developing strength, maintaining muscle, improving bone density, and reminding myself that gravity is undefeated.

🤸 Recovery
Lots of mobility work and stretching.
Benefits: Better movement, reduced stiffness, improved performance, and fewer noises when getting out of a chair.

🍽️ Nutrition
Fuelling myself consistently throughout the day, increasing protein intake, and saving most complex carbohydrates for the evening.
Benefits: Better recovery, stable energy levels, fewer mid-morning and afternoon slumps, and less temptation to raid the biscuit tin.

The real secret? Consistency.
Nothing fancy. Just showing up often enough that the results eventually have no choice but to appear.

Back to it 💪🚴‍♀️
Starting the week the way I mean to go on 👊🏻 spin bike, press-ups, and a bit of Girls Aloud to keep the energy high! 🎶🔥

This is my cardio start to the week, getting the heart rate up and the body moving.

Whether it’s PT sessions, gym classes, or online training, it’s all about finding a way to exercise that you actually enjoy.

No excuses, no waiting for the “perfect” time 🕰️ just get involved, get moving, and get that heart pumping! ❤️
