Here we're working a simple drill to set up the rear knee, drawing the hands up and creating the gap before committing to the strike.

They fall short because they give up too soon.

They stop when progress feels slow.
They stop when nobody is watching.
They stop when things get tough.

But confidence, discipline and success are built during the moments when quitting would have been the easier option.

Keep turning up. Keep putting in the work. Keep believing in yourself, even when the results aren't there yet.
