Cheshire countryside, it is 5373 yards (Par 68) long with tree lined fairways and top quality greens that give an interesting challenge to
golfers of all abilities. It is set in mature, tree-lined park land with several ponds and other interesting water hazards which has gentle slopes overlooking the
Cheshire Plain and runs between the Macc

lesfield Canal and Middlewood Way. It is well known for being a very friendly and sociable
golf club, steeped in history and tradition, established in 1892. The clubhouse provides excellent facilities for entertaining, dining and for relaxing after the pleasure of a memorable round of golf. A warm welcome awaits our visitors and we are confident that you will get pleasure from playing on one of the most attractive golf courses

Another really busy day at Marple Golf Club where Marple Rugby club held their annual charity golf day. Following the obligatory bacon butties 19 teams of 4 battled each other (and the heat) to get the top spot. The fabulous Hive Hospitality team manned the halfway house and provided a much needed drinks cart during the day. The course was in fantastic condition as usual and was enjoyed by all.

Calling all Golfers!
On Friday 24th July Marple Golf Club is hosting an open individual stableford competition.
There are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. A prize for the best Lady or Gent (if they’re not already a main prize winner and nearest the pin prizes on the 5th and 17th holes.
There is also our hole in one competition on the 2nd hole that you can enter for a small extra charge.
The cost to enter the open competition is £30 per person for visitors.
Come along, make a day of it and challenge yourself among other local golfers.
