Mon 6:00-7.00 (children) / 7.00-8.00 (teens and adults)
Fri 6:00-7:00pm Sunday 10.00-10.30 (4 -6 year old)

Our aim is to provide responsible karate tuition by top professional instructors in a safe and friendly environment. Karate is a fascinating martial art encompassing Tradition, Sport, Fitness and Self-defence in one exciting training programme. Regular beginners classes run at all our clubs allowing you the opportunity to get involved in Karate. So come along and join in. Member of

NEW YEAR - NEW HOBBY. 😊🥋😊🥋

Why not try martial arts? JenDan Karate in Brabyns Pavillion, Marple offers classes on Monday's and Friday's for children aged 4 to 104.

Karate offers some amazing benefits, including: ✅️improved physical fitness (strength, flexibility, coordination, cardio),
✅️enhanced mental well-being (focus, discipline, stress relief, self-confidence, resilience), and ✅️practical self-defense skills,
✅️a holistic activity for all ages that builds character, awareness, and community.
✅️It provides a full-body workout while teaching valuable life skills like perseverance and respect.
✅️helps children (and grown up children) gain confidence both in the playground and the workplace
✅️ great for teenagers trying to find confidence to bridge that primary school to secondary school journey

Our class times are:
Monday: 6.00-7.00 (children 6 -10/12) 7.00-8.00 (teens to adult)
Friday: NEW CLASS TIME - NINJA TOTS 4.30 - 5.00 for our 4 - 7 year olds.
6.00-7.00 (children 6 -10/12) 7.00-8.00 (teens to adult)
