🧡 September is here and whilst we are all adjusting back to routines we thought we would share our current timetable.

All levels, everybody is welcome.

Booking is essential so please message us to book a space.

All classes 1 hour and £10 pay as you go.

✨N E W C L A S S ✨

An hour of YIN starting Wednesdays 8-9pm.

A beautiful practise of stillness. We will explore a different theme each week enhance the flow of energy (chi) through the body's meridian channels.

Behold yogis...it's our new summer timetable 🙏☀

Please note a slight change of time to some of our classes for the summer months.

And we're very excited to offer our new YIN class with Carolyn on Wednesday evenings 8-9pm. An hour spent in longer holds, embracing the stillness, allowing our bodies and minds to slow down and deeply relax 💚

Don't forget tomorrow is the first Sunday on the new month so we host our monthly Yin & Nidra class 7.30-8.30pm 😴

Hello June and all the light you bring 🙏

The studio feels so alive this time of year, the warmth and the brightness with the sun gleaming through our windows...it's so special 💛

We'd love to have you join us to practice...this is what we have to offer this month:

🫶 Fridays 7-8pm Yoga Flow

✨The first Sunday of each new month is our deep relaxation Yin & Nidra class
✨The studio is closed on Sunday 14th June as we'll be at Moovin!!!

Now we know we shouldn't have favourites as every month is special in it's own way...but we do and it's March! With so much colour and light returning, the energy building AND the month of the Spring Equinox 💚❤️🤍💛

What we have for you this month...

😴Tonight (1st March) we have our monthly deep relaxation Yin & Nidra practice...slow poses then surrendering and finding a place between consciousness and unconsciousness...a super stress and anxiety relief and aid for a restful sleep.
