Give yourself the break you deserve.

75 minutes completely uninterrupted.

The intention of restorative yoga is to calm and reset your entire body and mind. An opportunity to stop and pause. Just a handful of poses are completed in the class, being held for extended periods to aid relaxation. You will be completely supported by props.

The class concludes with a Yoga Nidra: a simple guided meditation that unwinds the nervous system and induces complete physical and mental relaxation with inner awareness.

The warm room aids the feeling of cosiness and comfort to this deeply nourishing and restorative class 😊

Join every Tuesday at 19:15 for her fantastic Warm Restorative to Nidra class!

Our fantastic Sunday Specials are back!

This month we have Azyan, Davinder, and Grace each running their incredible workshops!

We’re so excited to welcome everyone back for these classes and we can’t wait to see you there 😊

Inefficient pelvic and/or hip stabilisation can cause a number of issues throughout the lower body. In this fabulous Pilates/Yoga fusion workshop, Azyan will address the most common weaknesses seen in the lumbo-pelvic-hip region.

Using the principles of Pilates to work on strength, and incorporating aspects of Yoga to encourage controlled flexibility and stability, you will be guided through a series of movements and postures to activate muscles that support your hips and restore range of motion. You will leave with greater body awareness and having worked and stretched.

All levels welcome!

Hit the pause button and reset your entire system before the new week begins. This special 90-minute immersion combines our signature MedYoga Therapy framework with the soothing power of crystal bowls to target deep fatigue, mental health, and nervous system burnout.
This therapeutic hour is designed to Restore your body from chronic fatigue and exhaustion, Reset your nervous system by stimulating the vagus nerve, and Rewire your brain using bi-lateral stimulation and neuroplasticity. Throughout this practice, you will anchor into pure presence and learn practical somatic tools—like pacing and titration—to safely navigate and release stress.
We then transition into a 30-minute crystal bowl sound bath with Yoga Nidra deep sleep. With your nervous system perfectly prepared by the therapeutic framework, you will drift into a final immersion of inner bliss and sanctuary, washing away anxiety and mental clutter. Leave feeling deeply rested, lighter, and ready for the week ahead.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a dynamic breathing technique that uses a continuous breath pattern to promote relaxation, healing and emotional release.

It involves breathing in and out without pauses, slightly activating our nervous system!

Excellent for:

deepening self awareness
reducing stress and anxiety
increasing energy and vitality

We often put unfair terms and conditions on ourselves that stop us from going for something we know we’d enjoy or from being happy with our own progress.

It doesn’t need to be all or nothing! That’s a trap of the mind and we wanted to remind you that, to us, it doesn’t matter how you decide to show up ā¤ļø
