This 7x3 class is designed to challenge every major muscle group.

💫 In this workout we move through seven powerful strength exercises, repeated for 3 rounds to build strength, stability and muscular endurance.

Here’s what you see in the carousel:
1️⃣ Plie
2️⃣ W bicep curls
3️⃣ RDL
4️⃣ Overhead press
5️⃣ Static lunge
6️⃣ Bent over row
7️⃣ Pec fly

💥 7 exercises

💥 Total body strength
Do each exercise for 45secs 15 secs rest inbetween and rest for 1 minute between each of the 3 sets.
Choose a weight that’s challenging but does not compromise your form.
Make sure to warm up carefully and stretch after.

⭕️ 7 “Circle of Fire’ 🔥(Pilates Circle) Exercises That Will Transform Your Strength in 7 Minutes

⭕️ Don’t let the name fool you… the Pilates hoop (circle) looks simple, but it will switch on muscles you haven’t felt in years.

These 7 exercises are taken directly from my 30-minute full class: The Circle of Fire 🔥 a full body Pilates circle session designed to challenge strength, stability, and control in a completely different way.

⭕️ 7 Pilates Hoop (Circle) Exercises:
1.Plie Press
2.Two-Leg Lift Balance
3.Superman Press
4.Abs and Arm Press
5.Inner Thigh Squeeze
6.Lying Inner Thigh Lift
7.Lying Straight Leg Press Down

⭕️ What makes the Pilates circle so effective is the constant resistance feedback, your body has to stabilise while it strengthens, which is why it feels so much harder than it looks.

⭕️ This is low impact training, but high demand work for your deep core, inner thighs, glutes, and postural muscles.

💫 These 7 simple movements will wake up muscles you didn’t even know you had. No fancy equipment, no complicated choreography just effective exercises that help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body.

2️⃣ Side-Lying Leg Raise
3️⃣ Side-Lying Inner Thigh Lift
4️⃣ Bridge
5️⃣ Oblique Lateral Flexion
6️⃣ Tricep Push

Do each exercise for 30 secs for a 7 minute workout Each side where necessary or for 1 minute for a longer workout.
