YOGA NIDRA AND SOUND BATH with Yoga Squirrel and Ola Lirka Yoga - Gypsyfeatheryogi

Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep is a form of guided meditation, that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep. It's deeper than many forms of meditation and allows the body benefit from rest that is proven (with the use of FMRI) to be as effective as a good night's sleep.

In that beautiful, restful state you'll then experience the healing power of the sound. A Gong or Sound Bath is called a ‘bath’ because sound waves ‘wash’ over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. You'll be listening to the gently soothing sound of of my gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and many other instruments.

This will be particularly unique due to the surrounding sound effect of having two gong masters / sound healers at work. And those of you who have experienced our joined sound baths before, know how incredibly special they are.

You'll experience the vibrations of a 32" Symphonic Gong, 28" Side Real Day Gong, Wing Gongs, Chimes, Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and more!
