Great to help on the Erreplus Wellington Stand.
Saw and spoke to lovely old and new clients, and of course catch up with the wonderful Ruth Spencer x

🌧️ A wet but wonderful Wellington International Horse Trials! 🐴

A huge thank you to everyone who braved the weather and came to see us at Wellington International Horse Trials over the weekend! 👋
The much-needed rain certainly made its presence felt, but it didn’t dampen spirits, and Ruth had a brilliant few days catching up with so many of you on the Erreplus stand, talking all things saddles, fit and horses. Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat – it was lovely to see you! It was also great to have Julia Duffin from Saddle Kind and saddler James Turner on the stand too.

We’d also like to say a big thank you to the fantastic organising team at Wellington for their support and for putting on another great few days of sport despite everything the weather threw their way. 👏

And there was no rest for sponsored rider Izzy Taylor! Having competed at Scone Palace International Horse Trials, Izzy headed all the way south to Wellington with another four horses to ride. 🚛 Another busy and successful weekend included a fantastic 2nd place in the Intermediate with Kilshenane Cruise.

Change of scene and feel like I’ve gone full circle.
This is Ealing Riding School, in Ealing.
A place where I grew up, back to do some routine saddle checks. Horses are so important for city dwellers, if it weren’t for horses in Hanwell I probably wouldn’t be doing this job.
Nice to see the next generation of city dwellers enjoying horses, lovely to see how well cared for, and the horses have holidays in rotation out to pasture ❤️

Fitted two absolutely gorgeous Erreplus Connect saddles today, photos don’t do the saddles justice.
They were two absolutely gorgeous horses too, and a very caring owner.

We carry out routine checking on most makes of saddle, and a lot of makes available from stock, Fairfax, Kent & Masters, Thorowgood, Bliss, Cavaletti , Erreplus, Frank Baines, Harry Dabbs and more.
The weather has caused very hard ground and horses being supplemented with hay, which may have caused fluctuations in shape and way of going, so it’s a good time to monitor.

Super results for Amy, who I have the pleasure of looking after saddlewise, she rides in an Erreplus WR dressage supplied and fitted by Saddlekind

I set off this morning with the mindset of treating today as a schooling round to continue building Felice’s confidence. She clearly had other ideas!

A fantastic 3rd place in the Medium Silver at the Hartpury Regionals has secured us that coveted golden ticket to the Nationals. ✨

I have to admit I wasn’t sure how we’d get on during her first ever mounted prize giving, but once again she exceeded every expectation and behaved impeccably.

I’m incredibly proud of this special mare and so excited with how far she’s come. Now we look forward to the Nationals! 🤍🐴
