Stepped over 11,000 steps in this mornings charity workout for Brain Tumour Research and raised an incredible £524.81 making our grand total £5275 💜

One day left…we aimed to help fund one day of research (£2740) and hit that…now we are SO close to funding 2 days of research so please dig deep everyone and do your bit to help this charity who only receives 1% of all cancer research funds

Amazing fundraiser for Brain Tumour Research. This month my team have been walking a minimum of 10,000 steps a day and we have raised £4600!

I’ve become a bit obsessed with this new porridge I’ve found in Waitrose.

They do 2 flavours, this one and apple and cinnamon.

It is created by The Gut Health Doctor and made with 14 of your 30 weekly plant based foods and prebiotic fibres.

Super seedy and nutty contains:
Almonds & Hazelnuts
Chia seeds
Linseeds
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Buckwheat
Carrot
Chicory root
Coconut
Dates
Quinoa
Raisins
Whole grain oats

I added a dollop of Greek yoghurt, a sprinkle of flaxseed and a handful of strawberries….try it xx

Always sad when holidays come to an end….
Sat day dreaming about what September will bring.

I have signed up to try and run 50 miles in 30 days whilst raising money for Maggie’s House and I KNOW it is going to be hard for me having had a knee replacement, running is not something I find easy.

Hawaiian Tropical smoothie🏝

Lots of pineapples left over from my daughters party this weekend so I just made this post workout smoothie and will actually sit down for a minute to drink it☀️

I banana
3oz pineapple chunks
1 pear skin on
2 tbs of flaxseed
2 huge dollops of Greek yoghurt
* option to add a scoop of vanilla protein powder *
Ice

Blend and enjoy in the sunshine today ☀️

It’s a red berry day and Greek yoghurt provides almost double the protein of regular yoghurt so add it to your shopping list! I did half and half today

Handful of strawberries
6 raspberries
1 pear for fibre
3 floz of almond milk
2 dollops of Greek yoghurt
Ice

Optional - I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder as training hard today💪🏻

Today’s post workout shake is using up soft apples and tastes like apple pie if you add the cinnamon!

1 red apple - leave the skin on for fibre
1 small banana
6oz fat free Greek yoghurt
4 fl oz almond milk
6 raw almonds
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Ice

I train hard so I’ve added a scoop of vanilla protein powder to mine but you can make it without as the Greek yoghurt is high in protein and combined it will give you at least 19 g of your daily intake 👍🏻
