📢 MEMBER NOTICE – AGE VERIFICATION
Following a recent review of our safeguarding, health & safety, and liability procedures, we will be introducing a one-time age verification process for members under the age of 17 from 17 June.
All members under 17 will be required to provide proof of age before access to the gym can be granted. This applies even if a date of birth is already recorded on your membership account.
Accepted forms of ID include:
✅ Passport
✅ Driving Licence
✅ PASS Card
✅ Other official ID showing date of birth
Once your age has been verified, this will be recorded on your account and you will not be asked to provide ID again.
Please note that members whose accounts were created and age-verified online by a parent or guardian are exempt from this requirement; however, we may still request additional verification at our discretion.
Members under 17 who have not completed age verification will be refused entry until verification has been completed.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to maintain a safe and compliant environment for all members.
