Farmrox 2026 👨‍🌾

Next Saturday 30th May the challenge begins!

In case you missed it, here are the challenges:

You will complete a 600m run before each functional exercise.
1. 1000m Row
2. 100m Yoke carry (100/60kg)
3. 40 Burpees over bale
4. 100m Wheelbarrow Push (90/50kg)
5. 1000m Ski
6. 100m Tyre Drag (80/60kg)
7. 40 Sandbag over hurdle (30/20kg)
8. 100m Farmers Carry (40/25kg per hand)

If you haven’t got a ticket yet head over to our website and get yourself signed up, can be completed as a pair or individual!

Sandbag over the hurdle 💪

This week going through the basic technique for lifting a sandbag over the hurdle. You will be completing 40 of these during Farmrox, pace yourself and work your way through the reps 👊

Tyre Drag 🛞

This weeks technical master class focusing on another FARMROX movement, give it a go in your gym with a sled and get yourself ready for the big day in a couple of weeks!

👨‍🌾 FARMROX 2026 👩‍🌾

30th May, it’s back!

Combining running and functional workouts, take on our ultimate race to become the fittest in the farm!

The run is 600m followed by a functional station, repeated 8 times.

Early bird tickets now available, so get yourself signed up on the website early and start training!

💪 Member of the month 💪

Well done to Cal who was February’s member of the month!

Cal has been with us for nearly a year now and the progress is showing! He took part in his first event last month conquering the Deadly erg!

Congratulations Cal and keep up the good work!

🦌 DEER RUN 🦌

Our next event is a cross country running event

Join us on Saturday the 28th February for either a 5km or 10km

Expect hills and mud as you take on the Lincolnshire wolds for a real challenge!

🏋️‍♀️ Farmyard Games Events 🏋️‍♀️

Event 1 - 10 minutes to establish a 10 rep max squat, then 10 minutes to establish a 10m max yoke carry

Event 2 - 2000m, 1500m, 1000m bike erg. In between each round 100m Farmers carry and 20 burpees over bale

Event 3 - Farm run, then perform 3 rounds of 10 sandbag to shoulder and 50m wheelbarrow push, then a Farm run to finish
