After a really long hard think I have made the VERY hard decision to stop our sessions. I want to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years. From bouncing around with Ava in my tummy to getting me in shape for my wedding… you have all become friends and not just clients.

I cannot wait to see you all tomorrow! We still have a few spaces left if anyone wants to join us for a fun filled class.

Just a heads up, there won’t be a class on the 16th of January. We lost my wonderful grandad over Christmas so we will be saying goodbye for now on that date. Thank you for your understanding ♥️
