And that’s a wrap on MAAD Presents…2025, and what a show it was!
The hard work, determination and commitment spoke volumes this weekend. I’m so proud of every single dancer who stepped out onstage.
There’s no better feeling than watching your students overcome their nerves to perform with such a smile on their faces!
Watching you all from the side of the stage filled me with pride, happy tears and excitement.
You should all be incredibly proud of yourself.
Congratulations to Skye Woodhouse and Mia White on winning your scholarships. You both thoroughly deserve them and I’m so happy be able able to award them to you both.
A huge thanks to the backstage and side stage team who made the show run so smoothly, without these volunteers the show wouldn’t have taken place.
Another thanks to my fabulous team of teachers and teaching assistants for their hard work in making sure all the students understood their choreography and helped support everyone.
Lastly, to my 7 senior girls who have just stepped off stage for the final time at MAAD, you will always have a home here and I’ll always be cheering you on from the wings no matter where you are in life.
Now to start planning for MAAD Presents…2026, it’s got a lot to live up to for sure!
