Pilates Mat Work with small equipment
Pilates Reformer
Pilates half Cadillac
And from April we will be introducing the Pilates Chairs into our Full Equipment Classes with no extra costs.

Job Opportunity at The Pilates Rehab Studio

We are looking to recruit a new freelance Pilates Teacher at the studio and so would welcome any applications to [email protected]

We are looking for someone who is passionate, hardworking, reliable with excellent communication skills. We are open to assisting the right person with in house training, but a good base qualification in Pilates is essential.

We have the opportunity for an instructor to start with a brand new group class and unlimited 1-1 sessions, with the plan to build this up as time goes by.

After one of the hardest years of my work life, dealing with the Covid pandemic and being closed down for nearly a whole year, we have managed to reach our 4 year Birthday at the studio. I’m so proud of my girls who work by my side (Jane, Emma and Amber), their work commitment and dedication to their classes and clients is outstanding. Thank you girls for sticking with me through the tough times and helping the studio grow into something amazing. I would also like to thank our amazing and loyal customers who again showed us such fantastic support through the toughest time, We wouldn’t be here without you all 🥰🥰 Here’s to another 4 years everyone 🎉🎉🎉

At the Pilates Rehab Studio we now run small Reformer classes of 6 people, as well as 1-1 sessions.

BENEFITS OF PILATES REFORMER TRAINING

1) Low impact exercise, so its suitable for everyone of any age or size
2) Builds core strength and postural alignment
3) Improves spinal mobility and flexibility
4) Increases body awareness and coordination
5) Improves joint alignment and range of movement
6) Tones the entire body, and can isolate smaller muscles that can be missed in the gym
7) It's really good fun........

PRICE LIST
* Group Reformer Classes - 4 week block = £72.00 (£18.00 per class)
* 1-1 Reformer Training = £45.00 per session
* Dual Reformer Training = £60.00 per session (£30.00 per person).

We have received a lot of questions about how the reformer works so we have added a small video showing just a few of the amazing exercises that are performed on the reformer.
