I’ve told my groups, now I’m telling the world 🌍 … Benndy Brunches are back!
I’ve planned three brunches for late summer and autumn, with yoga workshops and yummy refreshments afterwards! Think flying in arm balances followed by superfood flapjack!!! How’s about that for a pairing? You’ll be able to ask questions, chat to friends, deepen your practice and top up your self care!
If you’re interested, don’t delay! All 3 workshops come in at £50 but this is a limited time offer (3 brunch pass only available as a £50 bundle up to and inc. 30/06/24) If you can only make one date, come for that and pay just £20. If you can’t make any, please make a small business owner happy and share with your friends and family!

Clubbercise is back for 2024 🙌🏻

Classes will start again on the 09/01/2023. We have new tracks, new routines and as always your first class is completely FREE of charge!
