New tap shoes! 🥰👞✨

I’ve had to say goodbye to my Roxy Capezios as, sadly, the fit just wasn’t quite right for me 😢 So after a bit of searching, I’ve made the switch to J-Sams…

And I LOVE them! 😍

The fit is beautiful, they feel so comfortable on my feet and the SOUND… 👌🏼✨ Honestly, that gorgeous crisp tap sound just makes me ridiculously happy! 😂

Now I just need to find an excuse to tap everything in sight… 👞💃🏼

Definitely think I’ve found my new tap shoe! ❤️

There’s something rather lovely about starting a Monday with a bit of music and movement. 💕

No pressure to be perfect. No fancy dance experience needed. And definitely no lycra required!

Easy Steps is my gentle Monday morning class for women who fancy moving their bodies, having a bit of a dance and starting the week feeling good.

We dance, we laugh, we chat… and somehow 45 minutes disappears.

It’s a lovely way to ease yourself into the week — especially if the thought of a gym session makes you want to stay firmly on the sofa!

So if you’ve been thinking “I really should do something for me”… perhaps this is your sign. ❤️

✨ What makes me happy? This. 💚

Walking into the studio before everyone arrives.
Setting up the speakers.
Getting the music ready.
Knowing that in a few minutes the room will be full of smiles, laughter and dancing.

This Monday night class is where Charlie Fit all began, and even after all these years, it still gives me that same buzz every single week.

It’s never just about the exercise. It’s about the people, the friendships, the confidence, the stress relief, and taking 45 minutes just for you.

This is my happy place… and I’m so grateful I get to share it with all of you. 💃✨

It’s taken me a few days to find the words… 💜

Last week’s show marked the end of another incredible year with my amazing Year 6 dancers at MHCE Dance Club, and now it’s time to say goodbye.

What a wonderful group they’ve been. It’s been such a privilege to watch them grow in confidence, learn new routines, make memories and light up the stage. They should all be so proud of everything they’ve achieved.

A huge thank you for the beautiful gifts and thoughtful cards. They were such a lovely surprise and mean so much to me. ❤️

This goodbye feels even more emotional because my own daughter, Betty, is moving on too. Watching her dance with her friends over the years has been so special, and while I’m excited for what’s ahead, I’ll really miss seeing them all each week.

To all my Year 6s… thank you for the laughs, the energy, the hard work and the memories. Keep dancing, keep believing in yourselves and never stop shining.

I’ll miss you all more than you know. ✨💜

When two businesses collide… 💚💃

Fresh from an incredible weekend at Tropic Fest, my new personalised Tropic bottle had its very first outing at Monday night Charlie Fit Dance! ✨

It made me realise just how perfectly these two businesses fit together. One is all about caring for your skin, the other is all about caring for your body – and both are about helping women feel confident, healthy and happy.

Whether we’re dancing, laughing, glowing or simply remembering to stay hydrated, it’s all part of looking after ourselves. 💚

Now I think it’s safe to say this bottle will be joining me at every Charlie Fit class! 🙌

My Tap Juniors taking a moment to watch back the video from class and check their steps. I love seeing them so engaged in their own progress – spotting little details, celebrating what went well, and thinking about what they can improve next time.

It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being willing to learn, grow and keep working hard. Their dedication and teamwork make me so proud. 💙👯‍♀️
