Modern life asks us to be constantly available, constantly connected and constantly doing.

That’s why we created The Sunday Service.

A monthly Yoga Nidra experience with Sarah.

Often described as “yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra invites you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where the body can deeply rest and the mind can begin to soften.

You’ll be fully supported with bolsters, blankets and props throughout the session.

No movement to master.
No pressure to perform.

Just an hour with nowhere to be.
