Market Harborough Carnival 10k Run

Gooood morning!

With only 2 days to go, we have a couple of reminders for you!

1. Registration opens tonight 6:00pm-8:00pm at Louisa's Place on St Mary's Road - please try and collect either tonight or tomorrow night (6pm-8pm at symingtons rec) if you can to make it a bit less busy on race day!

2. There are still a few places left on the 6km run, they will be open until Friday night and,depending on how many are left, we may have some on the day entries available.

3. The transfer/withdrawal/referral deadline is closed, any transfers made in an unofficial way could land you with a disqualification, it causes issues for us, but more importantly, it can cause huge issues for you and our medical team if you get injured.

4. We are a team of 2 who volunteer our time and also work full time - please be patient with us, we are trying our best to answer messages and emails 😊

We can't wait to see you all on the start line!

Not long to go now until Carnival 2026 is here!

If you are running with us, you should have received an email with all of the information that you need!

💥 Important Reminder 💥

The transfer deadline is tomorrow, so if you are looking to transfer your place, it needs to be done by the end of the day on Friday 22nd May!

To transfer your place, go to your confirmation email and click "modify entry" to change the details.

If you are looking for a place and get offered one after tomorrow, please don't accept it because it will not be official and you will be disqualified if you're found to be running under someone else's name.

This event is run by a small team of volunteers (there are only 2 of us on the run team) and running under someone else's name can cause huge problems for us (and for you if you get injured and have someone else's medical details and emergency contact on you!), so please, just don't do it!

Carnival day is nearly here and we are SO excited!

We cannot put the event on without the amazing people who volunteer their time for us as marshals, so thabk you to those who already have!

Happy bank holiday Monday!

We are so excited to share the 6km route with you all!

The route is largely similar to the 10km route, with a small detour to take in the beautiful Welland Park and a turnaround point near the police station to go back down the high street.

There are still places left for the 6km run (10km is sold out!), grab one before they go!

Wow! What a crazy month it has been!

Our 10km race sold out in record time this year which is incredible!
