💙 THIS WEEK'S WINS 💙

One of our favourite things to do each week is ask our members what their biggest win has been.

Whether it's hitting a new PB, feeling more confident, having more energy, building healthy habits, or simply showing up consistently, every win matters and deserves to be celebrated.

Here are just a few of the wins our amazing members have shared this week 👏

Strength training isn’t just about building muscle anymore.

It’s been all over the news this week, with new research showing that just 90–120 minutes of strength training per week could help reduce the risk of early death and support a longer, healthier life.

This is exactly why we encourage our members to focus on getting stronger - not just burning calories.

Strength training helps build muscle, improve bone density, support everyday movement, and keep you independent for longer. The goal isn’t to be the strongest person in the gym. The goal is to be strong enough for life.

Two sessions a week can make a huge difference.

Invest in your future self💪
