On August the 16th myself and the team are taking part in the Spartan 1 day Trifecta, this consists of three obstacle races one after the other. As this is a 1 day Trifecta this means it’ll be a race against the clock to make the start line of the next race.
- Beast 21km 30 Obstacles
- Super 10km 25 Obstacles
- Sprint 5km 20 Obstacles

I am going to be running in memory of my late father-in-law who was sadly taken from us due to his fight against Addisons disease. Hannah my wife is also joining us in the 10km race.

I am raising money towards the Addisons Disease Self Help Group who work to support and promote better medical understanding of this rare, life-threatening condition.
