☀️ PICKLEBALL IN THE SUN! ☀️

A fantastic start to our Pickleball Intro courses this morning at Deeping Tennis Club . Also starting today are courses at Bourne & District Lawn Tennis Club and Ayscoughfee Hall Museum & Gardens along with our courses later this week.

It’s been so popular,some courses are fully booked but if you’re interested get in touch and we’ll see if we can fit you in somewhere!

Lots more courses to come too along with social sessions for those who know the basics!

Last week 11 of the clubs members represented the club at the annual Hunstanton Tennis Tournamant. It was a week of very mixed and blustery weather, but what a great week it was.

Hannah Shead entered the Round Robin junior tournament and won all of her group matches to become a finalist. Simon Bentley and William Cole were runners up in the Men’s Restricted A Men’s Doubles competition. John Timson was runner up in the Men’s 45 Singles tournament, narrowly missing out to a relentless opponent. Ryan and Colin Pummell won the Men’s restricted B Doubles Consolation tournament. There were many fantastic performances from all the players. It would be great to see more members getting involved next year. Thanks to Duncan Malcolmson for organising the DTC T-shirts for the tournament.

Thanks to the organisers of the tournament! A huge amount of work goes in to organising these events and you did a great job.
