Wow! What a lesson! After just two days of handing out flyers we had 16 new starters tonight! Well done to everyone who trained and special thanks to Jeff and Brett for the help, I couldn’t have done it without you!

Name Change!
Going into the New Year we think it's time to announce that we are changing our name!
We are moving away from the Frygers Karate name, and moving forward with, 'Manabukan Karate'. Mana(bu) - to study or learn. Bu - martial way. Kan - hall.
As part of the England Shotokan Karate Union, we are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, confidence building environment, where children of all ages and abilities can express themselves freely through Traditional, Shotokan Karate, while learning self-defence
We look forward to seeing all who visit us in the future!
