"I'M NOT MAKING PROGRESS"

You're NOT in a position to keep pushing fat loss...

If your digestion is a mess, your skin health is poor, anxiety is through the roof, recovery is suffering and fat loss has completely stalled... the answer isn't to slash calories even lower and add more cardio.

The answer is usually the opposite.

Too many people stay in a deficit for far too long and ignore all the signs their body is waving at them.

Poor digestion
Low energy
Poor sleep
Increased anxiety
Poor Skin Health X Constant cravings
Fat loss resistance

At some point, your body needs a break.

The smartest move is often to:

Pull back training intensity
Reduce overall stress
Increase calories gradually

But almost no one talks about the mindset it actually takes to follow through.
