Celebrating Our Coaches: It’s UK Coaching Week at Margate FC!
Today marks the start of UK Coaching Week and we want to take this opportunity to shine a spotlight on the incredible coaching staff driving our club forward at every single level.
From our newly reshaped First Team management structure and our developing Women’s setup, right through to our thriving Margate Youth FC boys' and girls' divisions, our coaches are the heartbeat of Hartsdown Park.
Coaching is about so much more than what happens on matchdays. It is about leadership, mentorship, creating a positive team culture and dedicating countless hours on rainy weeknights to develop local talent.
Whether they are working with senior players or guiding our youngest stars just starting their football journeys, our coaches volunteer their time, energy and passion to make a lasting impact on our community.
To all of our First Team, Women's, Reserves, SEND and Youth coaches: Thank you for your tireless dedication. You don't just build better football players, you build a stronger club and community.
