Hi everyone 🥰

I am back from the holiday of a lifetime to Thailand and had the most amazing time!

I am ready to get back to my yoga class and see you wonderful people

I will be back this week on Thursday evening at Cliffsend Community Hall 18:30-19:30pm

Please let me know if you are coming and would like to book a space

If you are new to the class it will be £5 for your first class and £10 following.

Happy Monday!

We have 2 weeks left of yoga before I fly to Thailand for 3 weeks 😆

Join me this Thursday evening and next Thursday for gentle yoga for your mind and body

We will be returning on Thursday 19th March after my holiday

Classes are £10, mats provided
