A busy weekend for our teams! 🎾

Congratulations to Ladies 4 on their home win, and to Ladies 2 on their away victory at Trottiscliffe. 👏

A special mention to our Mixed 1 team, whose win at home secured top spot in Division 3 and capped off a brilliant summer season! 🏆

Men’s 1 were also in action at home but unfortunately came up short against Freedom Leisure. A strong effort from the team, and we go again next time. 💪

Well played to everyone involved and thank you to all the supporters who came along to cheer the teams on.

Comprehensive 4-0 win today for Margate midweek vets 2 against Canterbury 1s.
Thanks to Bob for standing in at the last minute and to the rain for allowing us to complete the matches 💪

A busy day for Margate tennis today!

Men’s 2 take a big step towards remaining in Div 2 with a great 3-1 win against local rivals Canterbury this morning 💪

Meanwhile, another fantastic win for Ladies 1 today away at Tunbridge Wells. Strong tennis all around resulting in a 3-1 win overall! 🎾 👏

And a tough day away in Canterbury today for our Ladies 3 losing 1-3 to their 4th team.
Bad luck Sharon, Kirsten, Lesley and Joc but with 1 win already this season the aim is to do enough to consolidate last year’s promotion. 🤞🙌🤞

The Saturday gang braved the damp conditions to play ‘in the pink’, combined with a social late breakfast.
A lovely morning and £94 raised for Breast Cancer - well done team.
Nigel was the winner of the ‘pink’ wine for best outfit! Xx

Our ladies midweek team battled heroically through some very heavy rain to get a satisfying 3-1 win against Canterbury’s midweek 4ths today.
It was their 1st match of the season so a great way to start. Well played Kim, Lesley, Denise and Diana 👏👏
No one wanted a team photo looking like the drowned rats they were by the end!! 🫣
