Today is a day that reminds me of my why in my career choice 😍🥰😍.

To give someone else the confidence to help them in their life journey move forward will always be one of the most rewarding aspects of my job and I am privileged to have been able to help in some small way.

Happy Bank Holiday!

Half Marathon training starts today and even as instructors sometimes we need a little extra push.... So with a plan set out on the app, my 1st session is complete, S&C as its too hot to run lol!

3rd time taking part in the and the aim is under 3hours this year!

Double whammy today...

AquaFit personal training session, for this lovely lady. Hopefully there won't be too many aches in the coming days 😉

Then an adult and child swim session for the whole family and friends, allowing a more personal touch and interaction with both small and big humans. Helping to build water confidence and introducing safety elements, as well as working on fine motorskills and co-ordination through play and song.

One of the many reasons I enjoy my job. X

This weekend has been achieving milestones of my own 😍

Yesterday, saw me complete my 100th Parkrun and today saw me get my 250th volunteer credit!

Parkrun has given me a way to monitor and progress my own running journey, and whilst I am not near my personal best, I did manage to hit my quickest time for 2025!

It has also allowed me to give back to the local community, inspire the younger generation to exercise, keep active, and work towards milestones of their own.
