Spend the day with me hosting our luxury pilates retreat in the Cotswolds.

I thought I would include some of the lovely ladies in this one as well as my amazing dad who kept us all fed and watered.

Sunday is a really special day on the retreat.

Lots of prepping, activities, and all round wholesome.

I did also teach pilates over the weekend I jsut didn’t capture my classes on camera ✨

This was from a few weeks ago I hadn’t had time to put it together, there was a lot more but it wouldn’t let me add any more clips so we rolling with what we have got here 🤣

Chenzos T-shirt for nursery was clean but they don’t put aprons on them for some unknown reason so it was paint stained from previous 👍

Bless little Franco, he doesn’t cry as much since we have been seeing the cranium osteopath, he just loves a cuddle 😐

GRWM to stay in 😅✨

Chenzo fell asleep on the walk back from the beach (winning) so we decided to stay in. Pilates in pyjamas it was!

Don’t hide the creases jarmies im just keeping it real, also messaged up the distance of the camera for my workout but this stuff takes so long it’s being used anyway ahah.

Being interrupted in my workout and being laughed at when doing open leg rocker because quite frankly it does look odd some someone uneducated 😅
