I'm Tom and I'm an experienced LTA Level 3 Tennis Coach and qualified P.E teacher. I specialise in fun, in-person, parent and toddler classes for 2-4 year olds. My tennis and storytelling classes focus on developing your child's skills in a number of areas, including hand eye coordination, moving patterns and social capabilities. All content has been expertly created based on the physical developm

ent, non-statutory guidance for EYFS, so you can be assured that your child is receiving the most up-to-date and relevant teaching. If you'd like to immerse yourself in an exciting class, where you can spend quality time watching your child develop, come and discover Tom's Tennis Tots.

Into the summer term we go 🩷🔥🎾 where does the time go?!

Tom’s Tennis Tots steaming towards the summer holidays at in Marcham 👊 24 children signed on to Thursday mornings!

Our older superstars will begin their final stint before getting ready to embark into big school 🏫
‘School legs and hedgehog hands’ at the ready… 🦔

The wet weather does not affect us as we host our sessions in the brilliant 🌟☔️ we are anticipating another mini heatwave the week after next 🥵

It’s been a busy old time for Tom’s Tennis Tots over the past month…there may be a special announcement unveiled over the coming days 🙄

For the past 4 weeks, all the brilliant children from at Marcham and those at Stanford Pre School have really brought their A game 👊

We’ve had new challenges, small discussions and competitive games - all bringing the best out of our budding superstars 🌟

We had World Book Day 2026 last week 🌎 📖 we had some brilliant characters on show throughout our Thursday morning - even Coach Tom sorted a disguise from well known author Julia Donaldson 🩷👌

We are now at maximum capacity for our two classes which gives Coach Tom a huge lift heading into the ever advancing spring 🐑 ☀️ 🌱

Will we ever see the sunshine again…? 🤔

It’s a constant question we ask ourselves as we walk to and from the mighty Marcham Centre to host our little legends from 💪💪 and as mentioned previously - we don’t have to worry about adverse conditions…

The children are continuing to further their physical development week upon week, trying a host of new challenges and variations of previously attempted ones. It’s really amazing to see such resilience when Coach Tom hears the words…

‘I can’t do this’ 😩
‘This is too tricky’ 😞

A positive attitude from coaches, players and importantly support staff can have a huge impact on the self belief of a toddler. It helps muscle memory and fine motor skills to complete things that were first thought to be impossible - now look at them ❤️

Smiles on faces, rosy cheeks and ready for some lunch thereafter - what more could they want 🤷‍♂️

One of the best things about Tom’s Tennis Tots……rain does not stop play! ☔️ 🌂 ☂️ Our numbers continue to grow here at TT...

…rain does not stop play! ☔️ 🌂 ☂️

Our numbers continue to grow here at TTT - at Marcham ❤️💪 the children attending are developing extremely quickly through levels of balance, co-ordination and instruction following.

Two brilliant members of staff (Marley & Emily) did a wonderful job by assisting everyone to get involved and enjoy themselves 🙂

Plenty more fun to be had before the February HT break - roll on next week! 👏👏
